JCAC offers a wide range of programs for youth and adults: art classes, lectures, art and cultural exhibits, discussions and concerts. We recently merged with the Wallowa Valley Arts Council and adopted several impactful programs, including the Youth Arts Festival, the Wallowa Valley Arts Festival and Missoula Children’s Theatre. We are also home to the Alvin Josephy Library of Western History and Culture-- a collection of books, journals, and other materials that cover Native (especially Nez Perce) and Western history. The library programs also promote Native American writers, artists, history and culture, and, in collaboration with other local groups, welcome Nez Perce people back to this millennial homeland.  www.josephy.org 541-432-0505
