With the exception of Wallowa Lake State Park, and the private RV parks, all of the other campgrounds are Forest Service Camps that do not have hookups and some don't even have water. These USFS campgrounds are for those adventurous individuals who like 'roughing it.' Also, don't expect cell reception at most of them.
Wallowa Lake State Park can be booked solid in July and August, but do look at the Private (open to the public) Camping, Lodging and RV options.
