 Join us for a turbocharged experience that's been hailed as one of the best little car shows in the Northwest. Picture this: up to 200 antique cars and hot rods dominate Joseph's picturesque main street, turning heads and igniting a passion for all things automotive.

 Formerly known as the Oregon Mountain Cruise, this legendary event was born from the creative minds of Chuck Garrett of Moonlight Graphics and Jim "Ragman" Tuschhoff in 1988. Now under the expert operation of the Joseph Chamber, with generous support from the City of Joseph and the local community, this show has undergone a thrilling transformation.

 So gear up, fuel your excitement, and join us for a weekend that promises to redefine AWESOME in the world of car shows!

Friday, August 23, 2024

Registration & Friday Night Social Hour 4:30-6:00 pm:

Head over to the Joseph Community Center for registration, where you'll find everything you need to kick off your car show adventure! Grab your registration packets, goody bags packed with treats, detailed itineraries, and other information to ensure a smooth ride throughout the event. 

While you're there, indulge in some complimentary snacks to fuel your excitement (please note, this isn't a full dinner, just a selection of tasty treats to keep you satisfied). And if you're in the mood for a little extra refreshment beer, and wine will be available for purchase to quench your thirst and enhance your experience. THIS IS FOR PRE-REGISTERED CRUISERS ONLY.

Cruise Dance 5:00 -8:00 pm:

Join us on the vibrant streets near the Joseph Community Center after the Friday night social, where live music will keep the party going. Trust us, you won't want to miss out on this electrifying atmosphere!

Indulge in a variety of libations including mixed drinks, beer, and wine available for purchase, ensuring your taste buds are thoroughly satisfied. Please note, this event is exclusively for adults aged 21 and older.

Sponsored by the Joseph Chamber of Commerce, this soirée is a testament to our community spirit and commitment to providing unforgettable experiences. Remember to enjoy responsibly and never drink and drive, ensuring the safety of all our attendees.

Main Street, Joseph – Parking begins at 7 am-9 am. NO EARLY PARKING.

Show your car and compete for awards.

  • Live Music 11 am-3 pm: Music on Main Street:

  • Voting 9 am-12 pm: Vote for your favorite cars.

“Ragman Memorial Cruise” to Enterprise 3:00 pm-4:00 pm:

Cruise the 12-mile round trip to Enterprise and parade up Main Street in honor of the WMC co-founder Jim “Ragman” Tuschhoff.

Awards 5:00 pm -6:00 pm:

Before dinner, venture over to the Community Center parking lot for the exciting trophy and award presentation. Remember to bring your lawn chair and blanket for added comfort, as you unwind and enjoy the crisp mountain breeze while applauding the achievements of fellow enthusiasts.

Dinner approx. 6:00 pm -8:00 pm:

Join us on the lively streets near the Joseph Community Center, where a delectable fully catered dinner awaits starting at 6 pm. Please note that dinner is only available for those who have purchased dinner tickets. Enhance your dining experience with the option to purchase beer and wine to complement your meal.

Vehicle Classes

All registered cruisers vote for cars in all the categories and their choice for "King of the Mtn". We tried to make our classes fun and unique, so pick the best category on the registration form, and good luck.

  1. Car Classic Restored – Has been maintained in or restored to a condition that is substantially in conformity with the manufacturer’s appearance
  2. Car Classic Non-Restored - has not been maintained or restored to a condition that conforms with the manufacturer's appearance. 
  3. Car Modified/Custom – Car that has been changed to the owner’s preference to personalize its appearance, body modifications, and/or engine modifications.
  4. Hot Rod – A car that has been specifically modified to give it extra power and speed
  5. Shifts & Giggles – Vehicles that do not meet other categories; unrestored, meant to entertain or befuddle. Ex: Moonshine hauler, rat rod, limo, school bus, etc.
  6. Sports Car – Designed by the manufacturer with an emphasis on dynamic performance
  7. Truck  – Vehicles designed to haul goods and materials
  8. 4x4 - 4-wheel drive vehicles designed for more rugged terrain that has been restored.
  9. Wallowa County – Owner housed in, and vehicle garaged in Wallowa County
  10. No Judging – Just here for the fun of it; the vehicle does not receive a number for judging.
